My Pictures
I’ve never really taken the chance to learn how to use our underwater digital camera. Greg has been the underwater photographer in our family. And a darn good one at that. But, with the addition of little Sonita, it’s been baptism by fire.
My first pictures aren’t so good. Boy, I tell ya, those fish swim really fast! It’s hard to get them to slow down so I can take a picture. So what I’ve realized is, I need to take pictures of things that are SLOWER than me! You know, those things that either don’t move or move just the slightest bit.
With that in mind, my latest pictures are fairly good, if I say so myself! I’ve learned that a good picture is a balance of peak buoyancy skills, an eye for framing the shot you want, and some luck as you press the shutter!
My pictures may win no awards but I think we can frame a few and hang them on the wall.
