Dolphin Adventure
Greg and I came up at the end of a dive like we always do. The folks on the boat seemed pretty excited and were pointing at something we couldn't quite see. Then, we heard someone say, "There are dolphins over there! Tons of dolphins in the water. Can you see them?"
I stuck my head back under the surface to see if I could see them swimming underneath. Nope. I surfaced again and looked to where they were pointing. Then, I saw them. They were kinda far away but you could see them jump out of the water.
Greg and I quickly got on the boat, and the Captain headed toward where the dolphins were, hoping they would still be there. And they were--ready to play! First one, two, three, then two more! They were racing along the bow of the boat--faster and faster! One even rolled over on his back so we could see his belly.
There were three that stuck with us throughout. Others would join the race then peel away. They played in the wake of the boat as well. We were all at the bow laughing, just amazed at the beauty of the dolphins!
Who needs to pay admission to play with dolphins? We did it for free!
