Lionfish!
We heard they were here. We hoped we would see at least one. Who would have thought that we would?
La Francesa was our second dive today--second dive of our trip! Greg had the camera, and I was scouting for "creatures" and such. 18 minutes into the dive, I spotted it.
I couldn't believe my eyes! It's a Lionfish! They are beautiful to look at but not so good for the reef in Cozumel. This guy's body is only about two-three inches.
I hope we get to see more!
